It was very easy to register for this. However the pick up of my truck did not go as easily. I was given an 8am-5pm pickup timeframe. After waiting all day, and not hearing anything, I called the company at 4pm. This call went through many transfers and a few hang ups. Finally I spoke with someone who knew the driver. She contacted him and told him that the truck was in the driveway-he said he couldn’t see it from the road. He promptly arrived and towed the truck away.
