Overall good experience, outside of a couple of communication hiccups. They paid a fair price for my 2017 Infiniti QX60 that was in excellent condition but needed a new transmission that cost more than the value of the car. They picked it up at the shop and handed me a check. They paid double what the nearest Infiniti dealership offered, and I didn't have to pay to have it towed away. And I didn't have to try to sell a non-driver on FB marketplace.
