Guys are a joke , would only offer me $400 because it has no cats . Aftermarket headlights and taillights would've gave em $800 if they sold them . Full exhaust on the car they could've got $500 for . This is all before they decide to part out the car for $ . Guys are tools
Absolutely horrible customer service - DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE DINKS. I was tendered 3 different offers by 3 different associates, then all the offers were undercut by ~$5000. They text me incessantly, call me constantly and when I try and talk to them they hang up on me and screen my calls. Scam outfit and everyone there sucks.
Explained to staff on more than one occasion that I work night shifts out of town. And I will contact them when I get back. They proceeded to call my phone like a toxic ex. They call off several different numbers and giving offers without seeing the vehicle started at $1000 when I didn’t reply it got up to $9000. When I asked them to stop contacting me and remove my phone number off their calling list, they continued to text me back. (Which might want to brush up on harassment law, cause that’s an easy win) Ended up blocking... read more
Absolutely a scam, without meeting in person or seeing my vehicle, multiple times I was called and texted saying they took my car and that somebody signed for it (even telling me “oh I guess somebody is impersonating you, I have your car hooked up right now”) As well as saying on the phone “well you know it’s a public parking lot it’s easy to take” and “I’m not dealing with this call a lawyer” and proceeded to hang up on me. Absolutely a scam, without meeting in person or seeing my vehicle, multiple times I was called and texted saying they took my car and that somebody signed for it. As well as saying on the phone “well you know it’s a public parking lot it’s easy to take” and “I’m not dealing with this call a lawyer”. My vehicle wasn’t taken but was told that they took someone’s car, police was contacted and have a file against them.
