Great experience and easy process .
I do not recommend using this company. As others have suggested, their actions are quite sketchy. I had the same guy call me pretending to be different people from different phones (said his name was Chris, then Jerry) and give me different offers, but it was the same guy - I have voicemails. Settles on an offer, said he would e-transfer me, said he didn’t need a bill of sale, said he would pick it up from the mechanic. These guys are hella suspicious. I was selling my car on Facebook marketplace and a guy messaged me named “Derek” and he said he is willing to buy my car for $1000. Couple days go by for our meetup, today I got another phone call from a guy named “Terry”and I asked who was “Terry” when I was speaking to “Derek” and “Terry” said Derek is his brother. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Tow Truck belonged to Pauls' Towing. They offered $2000 over the phone for a vehicle and said they would show that evening. Totally ghosted that night and I believe they were hoping that everyone would be at work the next day as they showed up at 7 am with a Pauls' Towing tow truck (all lights turned off on the tow truck).
