Completely unprofessional & unreliable. Called them twice, offering them our older car for a measly $200 cash… Both times they said they’d come, & both times there was no follow-up, & no communication from them at all. What kind of a sad excuse for a “business” acts like that? They obviously don’t know what they’re doing, so best to avoid them altogether.

I just had Layton aggressively shouting down the phone at me. That was one of the wildest phone calls I've ever had. Had to end the call before he even reached the point of giving an offer on my car. He said he wouldn't buy my car at all unless I stopped responding after I asked not to be shouted at. Glad I never got to the stage of actually meeting this person

Don’t sell your car to these guys. Layton offered $1,800 for my Audi when it sold for $11,000 at auction. Scammers.

After many weeks of trying to solve issues around of getting rid of a car, I contacted Cars for Cash BC and spoke with Layton. He explained their process and made it very easy to understand. He was also very patient as we tried to locate documentation of a repair that would make the car worth more. The transfer of the car was very smooth and the price paid was very fair.
