One of the better experiences with a wrecking company. Zek called said it would be picked up same day. Got a phone call from the driver before he left to confirm and provided an eta. Picked the car up, paid on the spot and reminded us to take the Etag. No complaints.
I mistakenly ordered 2 seatbelts with my rear row seatbelts for my Yaris. I called within 5 minutes of deliver and offered to order more stock to be delivered and wanted to give return when delivery driver arrived but the boss "Zek" said his business will fail if he started taking returns. The belts cost me $250 and they are not returnable, eventhough I could have done an exchange. Not happy with business practices.
