Today I brought my sister here, who just moved from a neighboring state, to cash her final paycheck. The woman working behind the counter was extremely rude and incompetent at doing her job. My sister went in with me to cash my final paycheck from my last job, I grabbed a number and we took a seat. when my number was called, the lady asked if she could help me, when I pulled the check out of my pures, she didn't even look at it and asked for my Ky. license in which case I don't yet have one. My daughter and I went into Cash Express on Main Street in Richmond today to get a simple payroll check cashed for her. She had all the identification that she needed and asked me to walk in with her, because she had never been there. We have never experienced such rude employees as the two women working that desk.
