Very friendly
I love coming to this Cash Express! The staff is always friendly, respectful, and quick to help. They explain everything clearly, and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Whether I’m cashing a check, getting a loan, or making a payment, they make the process easy and stress-free. It’s clean, professional, and they treat you like a person—not just a number. I really appreciate their great customer service!
My rep was very friendly and if I could, I would give her five stars. However when you refuse to take something on pawn that’s “been” policy for two years yet the SAME item has been pawned here within the last year? Cash Express is a joke and I’ll also be filing a complaint with corporate :) Edit to add: I may have been refused service due to how close to closing. But I had called and was told to come on in. Save your time and don’t come here.
