I have tried to call weekly to prepay my account and after being on hold for 45 minutes I give up.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have been using Cash Energy for 12 years for our heating fuel. I placed a delivery request on their customer portal on 12/8, called them this morning early to see if they were getting here today as we were very low since it has been so cold the past week, had 1/4 of a tank when I placed the order but apparently now they have a 10 day window for deliveries. Order Heating oil two weeks ago this Thursday was told needed a tank inspection, which is normal when you buy a new home however I told them my days of availability and they scheduled it on one of my non-available dates not a big deal we corrected however I waited at home all day Tuesday all day Friday and all day today which is 13 October And nobody was planning on coming until I Called and asked mind you I had to take off three of these days off from work and was told to leave my house unlocked so the driver could get in A... read more
Set up a delivery as a new customer and they came the next day, driver was super friendly. Glade we made the switch way better than other fuel companies out there.
