They can be very difficult to reach. Their answering service doesn’t do anything accept tell you to call back. They give you the option to receive a call back, but they don’t call you back. They told me they charged an additional fee for running out of oil! Even if I can get the furnace going all by myself- I was able to get that waived, however. If you set up an account online and know well in advance when you’ll need a delivery, it’s easy. Calling is a pain though. But they can usually get oil to you within 36 hours.
Very rude and disrespectful staff. Horrible experience.Trust me there are better options who are respectful of your time , place and you as person
