DO NOT USE THEIR AIR MACHINES! I stopped at Pilot in Danville, VA to put air in my tire. The cost was $2.50- I put $2 in and went to get .50 out of my car. Then noticed that it had reset back to $2.50, just taking my money. There was no place or button indicating it had a coin return feature. I really needed air in my tire, so I then put the whole $2.50 in and guess what? The machine did not produce any air. I called the number on the machine and left a voicemail. While it’s great using an atm with out a fee just understand that if a mistake happens with the atm, this company will tell you to file a dispute with your bank if you call them and tell them hey I just used your machine and it took money from my account but didn’t give me the cash, the general manager Missy, will tell you that there’s nothing she can do for you and that there is no one above her to talk to, guess she don’t have a boss, used the Kwik Trip atms many times, but I’ll pay the extra couple bucks, cuz now I got no... read more
If their machine takes your money and doesn't work, they will not refund your money. I called and they lied to me and told me my bank could stop the charge. My bank informed me that this was dishonest, and the air machine company was fully capable of crediting my card. Of course my bank cannot do that. I threatened to call the police on the store where the air machine was located and the staff gave me my 2 dollars back even though they said they technically are not supposed to.
