The manager at this location is very rude and has zero customer service skills when it comes to helping customers. I have to say all other employees I have done business with have been absolutely wonderful. I hate to say I will NOT be using this location for anything while this manager is employed. I strongly urge you to use other places while he works here.
I came to look at some fire arms and Adam the new guy was the greatest dealer I dealt with in awhile highly recommend going over there and ask for Adam ...thank you so much for you expertise. ..
Wow wow wow talk about amazing customer service and boat load of knollage I just resently visited central point store and adam at the gun counter is the man answered all my questions and consernes as well as walked me threw safety ideas and acsesserys I will definatly be a repeat customer those guys are awesone

Worst customer service , I'd rather do business with a tweaker at least you know what to expect. Undisclosed store policies , poor customer service , can you believe they tell people to forge firearms documents ? Telling a Mexican American born in Mexico to classify him self as white , but Hawaiian is considered a race ,umm Hawaiian is American .
