From beginning to end, I would rate our purchase and installation of carpet and LVP as a 10 out of 10. Everything looks amazing, just as we wanted it to. We greatly appreciate how helpful Costa was in accommodating our mobility issues by bringing over samples to our home and answering all our questions and concerns. I was told I'd receive a warranty following the completion of their job. Due to having to pay his contractor more for unexpected difficulties, George, the manager overlooking the job, lost money. Because of this, I was denied a warranty. I'm willing to update this review should George provide me with a warranty as well as any other documentation that was supposed to be provided to me such as a contract before the job and an invoice or proof of payment after the job. Until then, no one should do business with Cash and Carry.

We recently did some major renovations to our home, including new hardwood throughout most of the main floor, new stair railings and carpeting on the stairs to the basement, plus ceramic tile in the laundry room. Costa, at Cash and Carry, took very good care of us throughout the renovation. He worked very patiently with us as we explored our flooring options. There was no pressure. We got flooring from these folks a year ago and after a year there was a manufacturing defect. The manufacture played hardball but these guys took the hit and let us choose completely new floors. They were just installed today and they look great and I am so relieved they took care of us. Thanks Costa and Ali for the great customer service.
