Good service good employees well clean fast deal customer service was awesome immediately greeted me at the door.
Horrible place it says they close at 6 I walked in at 5:05 and they locked the door behind me wouldn't let anyone in. I brought 6 items the lady was gonna take all but one then here comes the swishing manager who said he can't take 4 more of the items one because it was in the box with no receipt?!?!?! If I had the receipt I would have went back to where I got it
As a long time customer of Cash America pawn I can honestly say that the one on sandtown road in Marietta Georgia is a better choice than the one on Cobb parkway the men in there are very nasty and have cocky and very unprofessional attitudes.
I usually have great experiences with cash America however the manager Dwayne has held items that were available for purchase and clearly marked on the shelves. One was a guitar at the acworth location, marked “available on X/X” date. I went daily to pickup when available. I marked in my calendar. I was told it wasn’t available because someone was going to get it, however I was in person to buy day of and I was told the item was unavailable for purchase.
