I usually have great experiences with cash America however the manager Dwayne has held items that were available for purchase and clearly marked on the shelves. One was a guitar at the acworth location, marked “available on X/X” date. I went daily to pickup when available. I marked in my calendar. I was told it wasn’t available because someone was going to get it, however I was in person to buy day of and I was told the item was unavailable for purchase. Shady person standing around LOL was really tall and trying to look at my transaction.... That didn't happen though. My impression was that he was a store plant though. Not random. The layaway policy is terrific even w the case of refund!
Me and daughter came in yesterday iwe seen a tv Xbox video game and a coffee maker we was going to purchase we was excited the 2 cashiers did not say 1 word to us.. we just walked out
