Avoid this place. Michaela the manager is unprofessional and dishonest. The front-counter employee was professional and gave me a low offer that I respectfully declined. However, the manager, Michaela, came out from the back and tried to belittle my gear to pressure me into a deal. She claimed they just sold "my camera" for $250, but when I pressed for details, she was comparing my Sony ZV-E10 Mark II to a completely different, cheap Canon model. What experience??? I was not greeted, was not asked if I could be assisted. I tried to get Joe's attention to purchase a drill all he did was smile and dismissively say Hi. This place gets 1 star because zero isn't an option
