I was interested in 3 firearms here. I stood there waiting almost 10 minutes with several of the employees who saw me and did not acknowledge me or tell me someone would help me as soon as possible. When I first walked to the firearm counter there was already an employee standing there and same thing, no acknowledgment, he just walked off. He made eye contact with me several times and made no attempt to help me out despite the fact that he was just walking around.
The staff here is absolutely fantastic, I feel bad that they have to deal with rude or obnoxious customers as a lot of people who go to pawnshops are just rude or impatient in general. I always find the help I need here and they have great deals all the time.
