Great customer service
Employees are horrible🤦♂️💯walked around store for 15 min no one Ever asked if I needed anything stood at the counter for another 7 minutes. Waiting with over a $1000 of merchandise Picked out to purchase, but was passed up twice for new customers Had just come in to the store trying to pawn stuff. 5 Employees behind the counter standing around one and jewelry looking at jewelry and the rest just kind of walking and standing around. ZERO STARS, went inside the store with a friend and the fat, black, lazy woman behind the counter turns off the lights while the customers were still looking around the store. The store still had about 25 minutes until closing time. That is definitely terrible customer service, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
