Tried to sell my watch that was gifted I only worn it twice and this lady puts it on the glass for the first scratches and tries to buy it for 40$
This place is a waste of time. They low ball their offers and won't take something in new condition even after you show them it works.
Buyer beware. I purchased an item and did not test it in the store. I bring it back a few hours after the purchase and speak with them about the item missing a cord that appears to be custom for that product. The purchase was $40. I was presented with the information that based on how the employee rang me up they could not give me a refund. They were able to see the transaction in the system and would give me 20% discount on my next purchase. So the that math, me spending $200 to get my $40 back does not add up. This is a great store! The employees are extremely helpful and concise - you don't feel like you're negotiating with someone that is attempting to take advantage of you or any situation you may be in that may have caused you to have to pawn an item, etc. They have to deal with many different personalities and some of those personalities can be difficult, but they aren't ride at ALL.
