Received a audio receiver from this store and the receiver worked decent in the store but once item got home the item definitely was defective . No refund for the item the biggest crooks in antioch do go here buyer beware
The customer service sucks, do not come to this store . The person obviously the manager has 0 knowledge of the item that I was presenting for sale . The dirty looks and attitude was not acceptable.
I've been going to this location for over a year! But today I was helped by the manager who was very rude, also looked like she was frustrated with her job! She was basically putting my jewelry to the side saying it was 18kt plated which for in fact 1 of the 2 pieces I have already had in this place. It is 10kt weighing 2.7 grams. Was offered 85$. Worth service ever I went there for return and the girl was helping only one Customer and asked me to wait. Then I asked how long is the wait she was like just wait I said okay how long should I come back? Only one Customer she yelled at me so load and said it might be more than one hour, I didn’t say anything and 15 minutes she helped me and return when I’m leaving. I asked her why? Allison was very rude and unprofessional I will not be coming back here to spend my hard earned money. Hopefully they get management that actually cares about there customers. She referred to my husband “where’d your friend go”. Instead of focusing on the fact I wanted to check a firearm out. Never again!
