Don't buy anything here ever even if you have it 3 days and the item does work as expected to they won't give you your money back they will only wanna give you half of what you pay and they told me and my wife we have 7 days to return said item we wasn't even offered the warranty on the item and then they asked if we bought the warranty when tried to return item bc the item didn't work properly
I like all the employees there. I'm always helped as soon as I walk in! Great costume service very nice people!
Horrible customer service, Staff doesn't greet when coming in and are too busy chitchatting amongst each other to acknowledge any guests. If it wasn't for me picking up what I had purchased I'd never shop here again! Horrible!!! The location is absolutely disgusting as well.
This is the worst pawn shop in Odessa. Always dirty, staff Is entirely stuck on themselves, almost too smart to help anyone. Just because you look or dress a certain way, doesn't mean you aren't educated. I am sure none of them have a master's degree.
