Horrible experience because I bought a TV from them a few months back Try to put it on the shelf so I can come back and get it, they're telling me that VCR works and it's plugged in, I know this tv well and if the VCR was on, it'll show on the TV, I checked it before I brought it to the building movies and the games work beautifully. Not once have this TV broke on me or had to be replaced and I don't even use it often so I know nothing was wrong.
