Man the people here really just hate their jobs and seem to not want to be there to work. Way different experience than Black’s pawnshop, where I was made to feel welcomed. Probably won’t be coming back to Cash America Pawn.
“Bonita” was incredibly rude and standoffish, I will not be returning. On top of all of that you are paying prices that rival retail for items in very poor condition at this shop. One of the worst I have seen around.
Do not take your prized possessions to this place ,they will take it from you the first chance they get ,I was late by one day & took everything I had then wanted me to buy it back I have paid my interest for months on end for years & this is how they treat people.
Always had a great experience here. ALL of the employees are extremely helpful and very professional. Never had a bad experience with any of them. The manager Josh is awesome. They have pretty cool & wide range of inventory.
Gave me bar minimum for everything, all in all not a great experience, I truly suggest going to Blacks
