Cash America The store hours are very compatible with working people. The store is always nice and clean with friendly staff. They offer very high pay for gold and other jewelry. I called to inquire about a price to pawn something and the person who answered was very friendly and upbeat. If you ever have to pawn anything i would suggest this to be the place to go. Very high quality store.
Very bad Horrible experince. Long lines and not enough staff to help out customers to pawn stuff. Took me hours and offered very very little for what I had which was worth alot more.
Lousey Customer Service Dont shop here the customer service is really bad. I called on the phone and the person (guy) acted like he did not want to assist me. It was like my call was an inconvenience and not that of a customer. I will never shop at this location on east colonial drive again!!!
Great store!!! I have been going to this pawn shop for years, and they still are the best in customer service, they have the best prices, and they are worth the drive !
