Very friendly and personable. Not like some pawn shops that treat you like they just scored. I was unable to provide my receipt and they gave me options like I was their 1st customer and kept me calm. Fair offers and nice selection. Their doorman helped me feel secure.
IF I could give zero stars I would- worst staff ever really rude.I guess in their mind $ 20 is worth a long time customer taking his business elsewhere. I have been shopping here for about a year now. Lines are long and nobody wants to help paying customers. They expect you to wait 30 minutes to purchase one item. There new strategy is to have an employee standing at a podium in the front of the store not helping anyone. I am done wasting my time on this sorry excuse for a store.
I have been shopping at other cash america pawn shops, and have had great experiences. This one is awful, they ignore you when you are trying to look at something behind the counter. The lines weren't even long this time, but I still got ignored. 5 people on sales floor, 4 customers total, and no knowledge that I existed.
I shop Cash Americas from Mr. Vernon to Renton and Marysville is by far the worst place to buy from. The lines are long and don't move because every worker is processing loans and you can easily wait more than 30 -40 minutes just to buy DVD. I've never seen counter people who are sooooo slow and chatty when there are long lines of people just try to give them money. We have been shopping here since before it became Cash America. The lines are always long and no one seems in a real hurry to fix that problem but after today I realized this is the least of their problems. My husband recently got a set of 10in Memphis audio subwoofers in a custom embroidered box. He had used some speakers he already had for trade towards the total.
