Manager wouldn’t even get off her butt and come out to the counter to talk to me. Only wanted to give me half of what we paid just 3 days ago because we didn’t purchase a warranty that we didn’t even know about because it wasn’t offered to us.

I been a valued customer for years. I went in to buy a 75in tv and the remote was missing buttons (t.v won't operate without a remote) so I called and asked to speak to the manager "REGINA" just a waste of my time . I said I can't operate it .
