I had an amazing experience selling my iPhone at Cash America Pawn. The customer service from everyone was 10/10 and they even have free cookies and coffee. Deyon was the person who assisted me. And she did a great Job all around. And the other employees were nice too. I highly recommend shopping or selling at Cash America Pawn! I went in to find a Nintendo switch for my grandson, met a young lady named Missy t., she was extremely helpful and friendly, obviously well trained in customer service. I taught customer service before I retired and I would be proud if she were one of my students. The prices were more than fair and she even threw in a case for the player for free.
