I won’t be having an experience to give a review about this review is based off of a simple phone call that I had with an incompetent associate this morning. I simply called to ask if they buy car audio equipment and was told By the gentleman who answered the phone that yes they do by car audio equipment as long as it’s hooked up and working. The manager Kenneth(does not keep his word) Christine who is always a sweetheart gave me a cash price on a purse,Kenneth was OK with cash price realized I left my id came back the next day and Kenneth then increased the price after he assured me initially a day earlier he was OK with the initial price. My husband and I have been customers for years so was shocked by the sudden switch not good for business.
My first time here was truly a wonderful experience. Joanne was helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Her friendly associate was awesome as well. I 100% recommend coming here! 🤗

You know, I've been to Cash American Pawn many times and I had yet to encounter Christina. As soon as we walked in, she greeted us and made us feel so welcome. They were having a Christmas sale, giving away snacks, had amazing deals and were holding a drawing for a ring. She was so friendly and told us if we bought anything, we'd be entered in the drawing.
