Glutton for punishment. I give this store a chance time after time due too the convenience close to my house. Every time is a waste of my time. Done and done with this horrible shop. Staff not friendly, if you want to be offended, disrespected and leave questioning yourself go there. I don't write reviews but I had to share my experience to hopefully help at least 1 person. You have been warned.
This shop totalty stereotypes. I sound one way on the phone. The staff was pleasant ,amenable and helpful. I was told that they buy bicycles. I have an expensive bike a Surely Wednesday model in pristine condition. I was told they would take a look. I biked 5 miles in the ATX heat to be offended beyond belief. The store Mgr offered me 15.00 bucks. For my 1200 dollar bike. He said it was spray painted. I informed him that it was the algae edition. I biked another 3 miles to Smart pawn on Airport. Great store! I needed an angle grinder for a small home improvement project. Raymond helped me pick the right tool, he was very friendly and helpful. I will be visiting again!
Raymond was an amazing customer service rep! He helped me and my partner find the specific items we were looking for and directed us to some more amazing sales! A great run store!
Had a great experience here last minute the day before Valentine's Day. Matt and Stan were great to work with and I got a really nice necklace for my daughter. I will definitely be back
