We were very pleased with the store and their staff. He took time to go through a lot of our jewlery pieces and to explain as he examined each piece. He was proficient, friendly and very fair. We did not feel rushed at all. We highly recommend them and their "Cash for Gold" store in Renton.
This place will offer you under 60% spot value for gold. Avoid. Edit in recognition of the owner's reply: I can do math. Expect your customers to know basic math. If you pay 85% above pawn shop rates, "any pawn shop" would need to offer at maximum 32% of spot price.
