So I'm leaving this review to discourage anyone to use this buiesness, so far I have confirmed the time, location of my vehicle and there was a discussed price also set. I confirmed multiple times on their arrival and where I was. At this moment they are now two hours late and refusing to answer any text or phone calls. I'm very disappointed in their lack of communication and would love to have heard anything about if they are not showing as then I wouldn't be left sitting on the side of the road. *revised at bottom to comment back to owners comment* Seemed really promising as they shared their name, number, and confirmation of time to tow vehicle on side of road, was offered a fair amount, as well as second confirmation of eta with address of where vehicle was. Two hours past agreed time and many phone calls later, was left stranded and not contacted. Will not answer phone or text messages and we are still sitting on the side of the highway waiting.
