Tom was able to get me amazing rates even as a 20 year old with no prior loans. super straight forward and informative, I am very pleased with my purchase (2011 subaru legacy) .........also it sounds like the person who wrote a bad review needs to get a job. Tom was extremely helpful and respectful and a great business man, i couldn't imagine him treating anyone rudely.
Went to a dozen used car dealers along 25. This was the only place we felt totally comfortable. Put a deposit on a nice vehicle. Very fair price. Can't believe the negative review the whole team was respectful. Andy and Tom Jr., thanks
Owner Tom is the absolute worst human being I have ever dealt with. False promises, horrible rates (partly due to my credit), nothing was explained properly. Claims "down payment" wasn't met and threatened my stage 3 lung cancer ridden mother via text message along with calling her a crack head. I wish I could post a picture of the screenshot. It is disgusting. Do not do business with this man, he is the epitome of a greaseball used car salesman.
