Epic fail on communication. I called ahead to ask if they would accept a car door. The kind lady on the phone said that they would be happy to take it and asked when I’d be heading over. I arrive 30 minutes later to be told that they will not accept it and that the lady on the phone doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Telephone rep and workers at the establishment were very friendly and polite. They were very happy to see an all metal body car with its original catalytic converter still on.
