Its not a good idea to mislead your customers and provide false information to your customers to get a loan with you. I believe its called a misleading practice. Regardless. When a representative informs NOT to enroll into auto pay as that does not limit your cash advances and you sign the documents for the loan to find out that you have met the limit even when youre told there is no limit.
