I was receiving calls from this place even though I have never interacted with anyone that works here or anything related to this location. Call them to see why they were calling me and they wouldn’t answer any questions unless they gave them my name. Good luck and do not go here for any services because it seems shady as hell.
Disrespectful employees especially the black man
They are very rude in this place . I had to go cash a check here because zI did not want to drive all the way to Walnut Creek got my bank . I already had an account there .. showed my ID and the short Asian lady kept asking me what she felt was security questions .. then she called my phone without notifying me but what uf I did not have my phone on me .. would I not receive services even though they already showed my ID and I’m pretty sure they have s picture of me on file ..
