Worst customer service ever. They take their sweet time, and when they get busy, they just go to the back and act like they work. Aside from that. They charge way too much just to cash a check.
Avoid this place if you can and go elsewhere. There are only two girls and one is usually busy doing whatever so the service is very slow. The representative with glasses, Ana I think her name is, is very rude and just looks like she hates her job and everyone she has to help. The only reason I can imagine this place is still in business is because people need the money, but if you can I highly suggest going elsewhere. Slow service .. 2 employees only 1 working ... very rude ... I was there from 4:30 to 5:15.. very bad service .. personally they need new employees
I would’ve given them zero stars if I could! HORRIBLE customer services. I will absolutely avoid this place at all costs. Go to the place just on the other side of the 91 fwy (in a small strip mall directly next to the westbound 91 on-ramp). Excellent customer service and a willingness to be flexible if the customer runs into a little trouble with the due date. People only take out pay loans because they’re struggling.
