I was calling around to get quotes on towing my car because it wasn’t starting, and although I didn’t use Casey’s Wrecker Services & Auto (ended up towing through my insurance company), he was the most helpful and nice man I had called out of about 6 other towing places. He offered other shops to go to that were nearby (instead of the stealership) and mentioned that the solution could be my alternator instead of the battery.
