First time Casey RV customer. Best service and quality of work we’ve had done in Bundy. Jack met us and went through the list of repairs and maintenance then double-checked everything. At collection, Jack met us again and showed us each item was either fixed or in good working order. Jack is an asset to this business. Communication from booking in with Kathy, Jack and Bobbi at reception all first-class. Without hesitation would 100% highly recommend Casey RV.
Without a doubt this is one of the best businesses I have come across. Brendan and his staff, (mostly family) are incredibly knowledgeably and helpful, they squeezed us in for an urgent repair and we are now back on the road again. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Well done team.
Would highly recommend these guys if you are looking to get anything done with your van. We were travelling and called in with a problem, and they were so obliging and attended to the problem straight away. Such a nice bunch of people working there. Would highly recommend them. Thanks for your help
OMG, if it is service and advice you want with your RV, head to this amazing place. No wonder so many people recommend it on the Fiat & Avan FB pages. I needed a tap for my Motorhome, discovered it leaking on Sunday. Sent an email Sunday, it was answered first thing Monday morning. I asked for the new tap to be put aside until I could get there and it was. Brendan was a wealth of knowledge and ensured that I had the correct fittings for the tap ends to go on the JGuess hoses. The staff at Casey's did an amazing job on a complex custom fit out project that had everything from solar power, air con, fridge, retractable antenna mount, and custom made benches. Each step of the process was handled very well by everyone from the office to the guys working on the truck. 10/10 for service, pricing and after sales support (nothing went wrong, they helped straight away when I had questions on the inverter). Highly recommended!
