If the guy's name is Dennis Clack...he is a quack!! As soon as you hear "I have 31 years of pool cleaning experience" from this guy/owner, please understand why he has been a "pool guy" for more than half of his life. A one day job will take you not only a week, but take all of your patience, to the point where the guy will eventually quit and/or hopefully not take all of your money and leave you with more work than you originally had to do to begin with. Terrible once they get their money, you will never see them again! Calls are never answered or returned, they really could care less about any problems. Use a different company!!

Caseys Pools did an awesome on the design of my pool. I told Bill what I wanted and he came up with exactly what I asked for. Their prices were comparable to other dealers but their service was priceless. They were attentive to all of my requests and even did a complete redo of the landscaping plants due to my allergies. They were genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. My parents recommended them to me and I will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

If I coud select lower than zero stars, I would. Casey's built my pool and after they got paid (two brothers who never show up to supervise the construction) you do not see them any more. My pool cracked less than a year later and it took them more than six months to show up and see the damage. They did not respond to phone calls nor accepted registered letters. I had to do the initial plugging of the crack and then they attempted to do a quick patch. when the repair was finally completed, I got a bill for $700.00 from the r... read more
