Great service, reliable, and very knowledgeable. We had an issue our boat motor. Casey responded quickly, he then diagnosed and fixed our issue within a half hour. We are so thankful!
Great advice on my Yamaha 30hp outboard.
My outboard wouldn't start. After trying all electrical issues, Casey recommended it could be the neutral safety. The shifter was in neutral, but it wasn't engaging the safety spot. After working the throttle, I found the sweet spot. All diagnosed over the phone, and was spot on.
Very helpful by phone to keep us going & enjoying our vacation! Would definitely call him again!
Here visiting on vacation. Have run out boat all weekend and into the week. Went out this morning to start it, turns over but will not start, has a long beeper after that takes forever to stop. Called Casey's and the gentleman that answered, walked us through a few things, fixed it over the phone. He offered to check it for us and meet this afternoon if we could not get it going. Highly recommend this company, very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to problem solved!
