My Partner has ordered twice from here. Second time accidentally, first time bouquet did not match picture online and second time he asked for a dozen in a half premium roses and I received only a dozen. He has called in directly both times and had asked for premium and I have not received that and also the flowers die within 1 to 2 days.
Ordered through TeleFlora several days prior to the delivery date and I am SO disappointed in what was sent on this very special day. I understand it can not be a duplicate arrangement but what was delivered is nothing compared to what I purchased. This is extremely disheartening.
