My carpets were left filthy! They look worse than before they were cleaned! I complained about them looking dirty prior to the mans leaving...said they were fine. They are awful! I am getting someone else in to redo the mess. I don t want him back in my house! I really feel like he used unclean water or something! NEVER had something like this happen. This was a bad experience. I can t imagine why this would happen but I am sorely displeased.
