Casey's has been a refreshing experience in getting my car fixed. First of all, they removed a large tree branch that was lodged under my car after one the bad storms for free. That gave me a great impression of them, so the next time my car needed work, instead of going back to the dealership, I took it to Casey's. I had been hesitant to take my Mini to the dealership in Sterling after the brake light turned on, due to the distance, high turnover of staff (assigned advisors constantly leaving) and their notoriously high prices. I found this local shop and couldn’t be more pleased. Great experience. Ryan and Steve/Steven are both great at explaining what the issues were and what needed to be done vs what should be done, and what could be put off for a bit of time. Pricing is a bit higher that other spots but the parts they use are top quality and the service was great. Overall a great experience.
This shop and the Great Falls location specifically is a 5/5! The customer support of the technician was amazing. They actually read the notes I left in my service request. As a woman going to a mechanic, I felt heard and seen. Super nice staff with great energy for 7 am. They fixed the issue for a good price. When they diagnose the issue they have an online portal with extensive documentation, photos, and recommendations. I have found my new place for all 4 of our cars. This is the second time that we are using Casey’s and I can not say enough about what excellent customer service they provide. They are honest, knowledgable and truly make things easy. My husband took his BMW there for repair and they did a great job. I just took my daughter’s car there for service and they were fast, honest and efficient. Thank you for the excellent customer. 😃
