I had been hesitant to take my Mini to the dealership in Sterling after the brake light turned on, due to the distance, high turnover of staff (assigned advisors constantly leaving) and their notoriously high prices. I have found my new place for all 4 of our cars. This is the second time that we are using Casey’s and I can not say enough about what excellent customer service they provide. They are honest, knowledgable and truly make things easy. My husband took his BMW there for repair and they did a great job. I just took my daughter’s car there for service and they were fast, honest and efficient. Thank you for the excellent customer. 😃
They're always so accommodating and a very nice staff. They don't try to make you pay for car services you don't need, they provide helpful feedback when discussing what needs to be completed and the timeline assessment on when. ALWAYS friendly and helpful - I won't take my vehicle anywhere else.
This shop and the Great Falls location specifically is a 5/5! The customer support of the technician was amazing. They actually read the notes I left in my service request. As a woman going to a mechanic, I felt heard and seen. Super nice staff with great energy for 7 am. They fixed the issue for a good price. When I called them they were a delight over the phone and my fondness grew from there. I brought in a Landrover defender to get some mud-flaps and running board installed. They gave me a ride back home while the work was being done and picked me up. When something took longer than expected they gave me a loaner overnight. The next day the work was done. Looked great and they stuck to the initial quote. A pleasure to work with them and look forward to the next time.
