I am a military spouse and had the order I anticipated for a week get sent to the wrong address. It was not the fault of the company, but I was so disappointed because I had been looking forward to this package for 2 weeks (the kiosk was closed when we took our trip to San Diego, so we could not buy them in person). I contacted the company and even though it was my fault, they were very accommodating and gave me a 50% discount off, so I could reorder.
