They DO have after hours drop off. The website is unclear
Mom went to get her free inspection on her 2019. They tried everything to get her to buy a New car. They wanted 3000k for brakes and rotors… then tells her she needs 180$ roof inspection… shop manager was treating my mom as if she was stupid… my father brothers uncles and the entire family are overhaul mechanics and machinists. Typical dealership that is struggle cause no one wants to buy their POS cars and have to deal with crooks like the one in the shop. Btw. Mechanic dont know much beside a few cars…. The amount they charge for labor is very high. Paid almost $1.000 for that alone. Was there almost 5 hours with 1hour + waiting for some part to arrive. I have heard to not service a car at a dealer. Was there for a State Inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Was told I needed 3 more services to pass inspection. Agreed to have it done. Will go to a reliable mechanic next time, as recommended by a friend.
Have tried for 6 months to get them to call me back and let me know if my auto has a recall that would pay for the repairs. Thay don't seem to care!!
