The technician found the problem but that’s when the issues began to crop up. I did not get a call back as I requested to let them know what to do as far as ordering parts. Called the next day and had to leave a message for my service guy. Finally got a call back but it was too late to order to get the part next day. Had to leave the car over Labor Day. My name is Juan carrion, I had a generally bad experience with this place, I took my car in for the recalls to get repaired and in the process my gas meter was damaged and now I cannot see how much gas I have. Before I took it there nothing was wrong with my car, now I’m having more issues. Do not get work done here. Mr. Grant is the one who helped me and he didn’t even believe me when I said that my gas meter was working before they took the car and was very rude.
I just heard about the horrible customer service being provided to our military members. No repairs started for 9 days on a car with factory defects. No returned calls. Our military and my son deserve better than this. come on Casey Volkswagon, get your crap together.
