People in reception always have attitude, and are rude plus careless!! Love Monica but just can NOT stand anyone else there.
Been with Casey vision for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. They run on time and they work around my schedule as best they can. We have relocated but still continue to make the trip into Albany, always greeted with a smile by the lovely ladies upfront. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. So if you are looking for great vision care this is the place to go
Dr. Casey-Gee was wonderful. However, the receptionist was extremely rude, sarcastic and argumentative.... took my prescription for my glasses and left. Not sure I’ll be back, which is sad as I’ve used them for about 20 years
