While Mr. Smith DID come out the same day to fix our air he put a capacitor half the size in along with a booster. I was told by someone who is actually a professional that's fairly common to do in a pinch but you ALWAYS come back the next day and replace those with the correct size capacitor. Six months later when it stopped working AND burnt out my power box he wouldn't return my calls.
I found this business on the Nextdoor app. My regular AC guy wasn't available and I wanted to get my upstairs AC repaired for my son before he returned home from basic. My regular AC contacted me today and after we talked I felt sick. He said I was way overcharged. I feel that Casey was way over priced, and he gave us no guarantees. I want to trust people out there and not get scammed but that's not how things are anymore. If you want trustworthy, reasonably priced service do your research.
Very honest and professional!! Five stars!!! I would recommend to anyone! Mr. Smith came the same day I called. He was on time and explained everything to me.
My upstairs AC unit decided to stop cooling in the middle of summer. The best word to describe that is unbearable! Casey Smith came to my home and educated me (someone who knows nothing about an AC) on the reasons the issue happened and the measures that could be taken to fix it. He was kind enough to come to my home on the weekend. He went above and beyond to make the experience as easy and fast as possible. He is the most honest person I have met in the industry. If I could give him 100 stars I would!
You couldn't ask for a better HVAC guy. The most professional, knowledgeable person in his field with prices that no one can beat. I have used his services for several of my properties and couldn't be any happier.
