This occurred a while ago. I brought my truck in to get some work quoted and completed. Specifically a part that I knew was needing to be replaced. Spoke to the staff and they instantly turned my business away without a quote or even a look at my truck then told me to take it to a dealership. What kind of business turns away cash for something that could have been scheduled and completed at a later date. Anyways I have since purchased a brand new truck and will never return to this place for anything.
I'm so glad a coworker recommend this place to me! We both didn't like the advice and prices given for repair at other places. We took them here for a second opinion, which resulted in a better repair plan and price. We've brought our cars here ever since! (been 6 years so far?) Honest, reliable, and fair. Trustworthy!
