"HIGHLY RECOMMEND" I have rented from Mr Casey for "years & years," this man has ALWAYS been VERY nice AND VERY proffessional to me.. He is way cheaper than U-Haul, actually a short black haired man (said he was the "manager") at U-Haul treated me beyond horrible on Bruns Lane, Spfld, Illinois 2018...I told this younger guy he wasnt being very nice to me & he cussed me out & even in front of other customers & the same guy treated my friend on a different occasion horrible also... I only had the storage for a month and a half is all I needed don’t expect to get any money back if you close out early… Very nice people.. also did not receive my deposit back.. and unit was swept out and returned as I rented it..didn’t realize till I got home and checked my paper work.. and they don’t answer phones much
