I have been seeing Shona for a while now. She really cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to help them with any issue. Thank you so much.
Attended one appointment with Shona and unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience at all. I was spoken at and essentially shut down in what I was trying to discuss. There was no assistance or discussing how things make me feel or coping mechanisms for the issues I am currently facing & have faced my whole life…just being told what to do and I ultimately felt extremely dismissed. I have cancelled my follow up appointment and won’t be back. A complete waste of money.
