Dr. Kniffen is top-notch. And Sam is so very polite. Great clinic.
I love this place! the staff is very helpful and understandig. DR. Kniffen listens and understand concerns and is also very supportive. She takes time to explain and doesn't push anything on you. Highly recommended!
They started charging for an exam that is not covered by the insurance. We were aware that they did this and told them we do not want anything additional and yet the procedure or process was done and then charged to us. It was a $40.00 increase to an exam that should have been a $10.00 co-pay. So sad they are a hoid place but paying for things that you did not ask for or approve is not cool. This can cause some to have issues paying bills and things or maybe making it so they can't buy thier baby diapers.
I did not request a contact lens fitting and Dr. Kniffen went ahead with one anyway and charged me for it. It felt more like my appointment was to sell me a new, more expensive type of contact than it was to talk about my eye health. I don’t think I’ll go back.
Very friendly and efficient staff and Dr Kniffen is great - spending a lot of time with me to make sure all my questions were answered.
