Place is always behind on appointments, and when I do have an appointment I feel rushed and like my issues are not properly addressed. The location is convenient, but it’s so frustrating a one hour appointment can take upwards of two hours; I keep giving them chance after chance and they’re always consistently late on my appointment time.
I was very happy with the Optometrist. This is the only Optometrist I have used for 20+ years. What I wasn't happy about was the office personnel. Prior to the visit I gave my insurance to them. They told me fine, I would have to pay up front and then be reimbursed, also they would file the claim for me. After the appointment, I was told they do not accept my insurance, and I personally could try to be reimbursed by filing myself for out of network coverage. I’ve been going here for over 10 years. Dr. Kniffen is very thorough and her staff is very professional. The only downside is they no longer take the Davis Vision insurance I have.
very pleased with the staff and the thoroughness of the exam, as well as the assistance in getting new eyewear set up! Highly recommend!!
