second visit and told no records sent unable to help you again go back to your old pain center which they have denied me as they're unable to prescribe methadone so I took myself off the methadone and I didn't have a pain doctor for 9 days already sent there by my primary here and was treated horribly by both Physicians Muir andDr Rick oBray the following week with no help no pain medicine and told will they should have sent your records first total mess up on their part and I'm in terrible stress after two breaks in my neck... read more
