We knew Dr McCain from several years ago in a different practice and loved her but then she moved and we could not find her. She is VERY meticulous and detailed orientated. A VERY knowledgeable doctor! Great suggestion and recommendations concerning medical issues. My husband and I trust her option. I just hope she doesn't get too busy but I guess with doctors like her that is to be expected. Staff is amazing and VERY helpful!
The office staff is friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I can not say the same for Dr. McCain. I gave her grace for several years, but she lacks professionalism and is crude. She dismissed my concerns and acted as though my symptoms were insignificant.
I've been with Dr. Mcain for over 8 years. She's been wonderful. When I have any issue with my medication or my pharmacy...she always gets it resolved! Best doctor for my situation. I've referred multiple people...
I put up with Dr. McCain for several years but I finally had to move on. Her staff was always very pleasant and accommodating, but Dr McCain herself has poor communication skills and often borders on confrontational. She regularly treated me like was being inaccurate or untruthful about my symptoms or my reactions to medications. have never had a Dr treat me like that. I would not recommend her.
